At Creative Studio by CG, I understand that above all else, food is primarily about nourishment. I have dealt with health challenges in my family, that have taught me to make better choices on exactly what I feed them. For that reason, you will frequently see plant-based, paleo, whole-food, gluten-free, and even dairy-free offerings. However, food is also an art form and an experience that evokes emotions and tells stories.
